PowerSafe Batteries stand behind the safety and reliability of our sodium-ion battery systems. Each unit is engineered for long-term performance and peace of mind. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • The battery has not been installed, activated, or connected to any power system.

  • Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Installed or activated battery units

  • Custom orders or modified systems

  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your battery arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:

who will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on warranty terms.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Email our team with your order details and reason for return

  2. Await approval and shipping instructions

  3. Return the product in its original packaging

  4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item

5. Warranty Coverage
