1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The product is unused, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

The battery has not been installed, activated, or connected to any power system.

Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Installed or activated battery units

Custom orders or modified systems

Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your battery arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:
